Lockdown Ordering FAQs

How do I complete my order online?

Once you have items in your cart, click the shopping bag in the top right corner. From that page, click "Check out." You can use the express checkout, log in to your account if you already have one, or create an account. You will be given the option to have your order shipped or to pick up your order. If you select shipping, shipping charges may apply (unless your order is over $90, pre-tax). Then continue to payment, where you will have to input your credit card information and billing address or pay through PayPal. Our site does not store any credit card information unless you request it be saved for faster purchasing in the future. 

Do I have to order online, or are there other ways to order?

No, you do not have to order online. You are welcome to leave a message at the store (289-252-1200) or to email us, and we will get back to you. However, ordering online is the quickest and easiest method for us and will result in a faster pickup for you.

Can I pay in-store?

No. We are adhering to the lockdown measures in place and therefore cannot allow you in the store. However, we are accepting payment by phone (Visa or MasterCard). We also will accept cash and gift certificates at the door.

Can I use a gift certificate?

Yes, at the door. We are making allowances for gift certificate use since we know so many of you received one over the holidays! You will have to tell us the gift certificate number on the phone or by email and then bring it with you and give it to us at the door. If you are not using the full amount, we will adjust your balance and return the gift certificate to you. Gift certificates cannot be used for online orders; however, gift cards purchased online can be used for online payment.

How and when do I pick up my order?

We will be at the store every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, noon to 3 p.m., and upon request, we will be there at other times. Just let us know what works for you, and we'll be there. We have a doorbell that you can ring when you arrive. Please give us a few minutes to get to you as we may be processing phone orders at the same time!

Will I receive a notice when my order is ready?

Yes, but it often lands in the spam folder. As long as your order was placed before 2 p.m. on a regular pickup day, you can expect it will be ready by 3 p.m. that day.

Will I earn Knitcoin™ for an online order?

Yes! To ensure all your Knitcoin are assigned to one email address so they accumulate faster, be sure to use the same email address you receive our newsletters at.
