Learn to make felted mittens from the designer of this pattern! In this class, you will learn:

  • How to weave in cast-on end while knitting
  • How to knit in ends when changing colours
  • How to track increases using yarn
  • How to knit the perfect thumb
  • How to felt

Participants should be comfortable knitting and purling, using double-pointed needles, and working with 100% wool. Pattern for five sizes of mittens included.

Materials required: 50-100 g 100% untreated worsted weight wool, 20 g of yarn that won't felt (for the cuff), double-pointed needles (or long circular for magic looping) in 3 mm and 5.5 mm
