Can you see a colony of these cuties in your future? This 7” tall Penguin can be made as a decoration (using fingering yarn) or a snuggly toy (DK version). In the first of two sessions, you will learn:

  • Intarsia technique (colour blocks)
  • Using a guide thread to make picking up stitches easy
  • Increases: kfb-M – a modified knit front and back
  • Blocking information

In the second session, you will learn:

  • Perfect duplicate stitch
  • Mattress stitch for an invisible seam

  • Attaching the flippers and feet and base

What you need:

  • 2.5 mm and 2.75 mm needles for knitting flat and in the round + a 3rd needle (double-point) to complete the hat
  • Tapestry needle
