Knit a Cardigan From Start to Finish--Plus Intarsia (Optional!) / Feb. 3-March 17

Regular price $125.00 Sale

Tuesdays starting January 27, 6:30 p.m. (see full schedule below)

Learn all aspects of knitting a comfortable cardigan that you’ll be proud to wear—from getting gauge through binding off—over a couple of months! Plus, you will learn standard intarsia for the body and a new intarsia-in-the-round technique for your sleeves (both optional). The pattern will be equally stunning if done in one colour or three, so you can take on as much or as little as you would like.

The cardigan pattern we’ve chosen is Intarsia Resetcardi by La Maison Rililie. It is a seamless, top-down V-neck with pockets and optional colour blocking. The button band and yoke are integrated.

We’ve structured the classes to work at a steady pace, offering in-person instruction and support for the tricky bits, augmenting the designer’s own video tutorials (which are helpful checks for experienced knitters but not interactive). An advanced-beginner knitter will build significant skills in these workshops and will create a garment to be proud of. (And no sewing of seams!)
