Improve your colourwork skills while making the gorgeous, popular Alaska Hat--but in an instructor-modified pattern for worsted weight yarn!
In this two-session workshop you will learn to read a colourwork chart, use markers, catch floats across longer spaces, and use the ladderback jacquard method of carrying yarn.
You will need 4 mm and 4.5 mm 16" circular needles, 4.5 mm DPNs, two 50 g skeins of worsted weight yarn, and stitch markers. (Tight knitters may want to upsize needles to 4.5 mm and 5 mm.) The pattern cost is included in the class fee.
Sign up early so you have plenty of time to do the pre-homework!
