This class introduces children aged 10 and up to crochet. Crochet is a great skill for building patience, fine motor skills, spatial recognition, and concentration. It is known to be calming for people who experience anxiety, and its benefits for adults are the same for children.
(Note: We have increased the age at which we are teaching crochet in a group format because we want to ensure each child's success.)
Yarn is included in the cost of this class. Participants will need a 4.5, 5, or 5.5 mm crochet hook.
