Wash gently (see notes below). Lay flat to dry.
Tweed is 100% recycled fibre, with a subtle fleck and very soft hand. The yarn is made from both waste from yarn production and garments that have been broken down into fibres again.
If washing in a machine, we recommend that all wool garments are washed separately on a wool program for the most gentle treatment. Spin well and dry the garment flat, preferably on top of a towel. Never use a laundry bag when washing hand-knitted woolen garments. This creates friction, which can cause the garment to felt.
