Saturday, October 21, 1:30 to 3 p.m., & Thursday, October 26, 5 to 6 p.m.

This workshop is designed to help newer knitters gain important knitting skills. In it you will learn:

• long-tail cast-on
• purl 
• knit through the back loop
• slip stitch
• seaming
• pattern reading
• broken rib stitch pattern

You will need approximately 70 g worsted weight yarn, 4.5 mm needles (any length), and a darning/tapestry needle.

(The second session will be only about an hour.)
