The Trinigan cardigan, designed by Andrea Mowry, is an oversized, open cardigan that creates visual interest using simple mosaic colourwork. It is a cozy outer layer worked in worsted weight yarn.

In this five-session workshop, you will learn the long-tail tubular cast-on, the tubular bind-off, the backwards loop cast-on, the three-needle bind-off, mosaic colourwork, and how to pick up stitches for the sleeves and collar.

Materials (please note: the initial class will help determine what size needles are needed):

Yarn: worsted weight yarn in a main colour and a contrast colour. Usually, the MC is a solid and the CC is a colour-shifting yarn. (As for all our classes, your yarn will be 15% off.)

Needles: 4.5 mm and 3.75 mm circulars are called for in the pattern, but your gauge may require you to choose other needle sizes.

Notions: try-on cords, stitch markers, spare needle, tapestry needle

The pattern is included in the class fee.
