This advanced-beginner-level class will teach you some helpful tricks that will ultimately improve your confidence in your knitting ability and help you ensure any garment you knit will fit. You will learn:
- How to knit an appropriate gauge swatch
- How to adjust pattern to your yarn choice
- How to choose the correct size for the fit you want
- How to cast on and bind off to avoid edges that are either too tight or too loose
- How to "block" your garment
This workshop is strongly recommended prior to our "Knitting Sweaters in the Round" class.
